- Contact form. When you submit an enquiry through our Site, we collect your first name, last name, email address, and the content of your message.
- Investor / partnership enquiries. Our “Partner With Us” page describes investment opportunities (including our Distressed Investment Strategies Fund) and offers downloadable prospectus documents. If you contact us regarding an investment or partnership opportunity, we collect the information you provide in that correspondence, which may include financial and business details necessary to assess a proposed transaction.
- Information you provide when you call, email, or otherwise correspond with our team directly, including named contacts such as our Marketing & BD Director.
